对12例鼻窦肿瘤相关性低磷抗D骨软化症患者行肿瘤切除术，做好术前、术后护理及出院指导，主要包括：术前做好骨痛护理、生活护理，预防骨折，增加钙磷、维生素D的摄入，做好心理护理及术前准备；术后做好出血的观察、血磷的监测、预防感染、用药指导、骨痛护理，预防骨折；做好出院指导。本组患者术后发生出血1例，脑脊液漏1例，2例因血磷不升行第2次手术，12例患者住院7~30 d，顺利出院。其中8例术后随访1年以上患者，骨痛及肌无力较术前有显著改善，可维持正常行走及生活。
