目的：探讨护士长辱虐管理对下属护士隐性知识共享的影响。方法2013年4-6月，对哈尔滨市5所三级甲等医院284名护士采用辱虐管理问卷和隐性知识共享量表进行数据收集，采用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 17.0进行统计分析。结果本组护士辱虐管理得分为（2.350±1.497）分，隐性知识共享得分为（5.466±1.188）分，护士长辱虐管理与下属的隐性知识共享具有负相关（β=-0.20，P＜0.01）。结论护理实践中存在某些护士长辱虐管理现象，并且辱虐管理对下属护士间的隐性知识共享行为具有消极影响。
