摘要
介绍了多伦多ICU护士继续教育的模式,包括课程内容、理论与实践课程的具体安排、实施课程教学形式与方法、医院临床实践以及课程的考核评价方式。同时阐述我国ICU护士继续教育需要更新教育理念,改进课程内容与教学方法,建立较规范及健全的培训评价体系,探索与实施“分层教育”的培训方法,为帮助寻求更有效合理的重症监护护理继续教育模式提供参考。
