摘要

目的:探讨系统心理训练对优化高职护生职业心理素质的效果。方法将我院2011级240名高职护生随机分对照组和观察组各120名,观察组采用系统心理训练,对照组采用传统心理教育,采用症状自评量表和职业心理素质量表测评,比较两组的职业心理素质水平差异。结果干预前,两组高职护生的心理健康和职业心理素质的得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,除躯体化因子外,观察组的其余心理症状因子得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组职业心理素质各项得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统心理训练能优化高职护生职业心理素质,有利于培养“实用型”高技能护理人才。
