摘要

目的:评价短期临床培训课程对提高高职实习护生共情能力的效果。方法采用自身试验前后对照设计,对120名实习的高职护生进行4周的共情能力临床实践培训,包括高尚职业道德的加强、情感共情和行为共情的培养。培训前后,应用人际反应指针量表评价护生的共情能力。结果培训后,护生人际反应总分较培训前有显著提高(P<0.01);4个维度中,同情关怀维度得分较培训前改变不明显(P>0.05),观点取替、幻想力和身心忧急3个维度得分均较培训前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论短期临床共情能力实践培训课程可以提高护生的共情能力。
