摘要

目的:探讨在高职护理教育开展案例教学提升护生隐性职业能力的效果比较。方法在盐城卫生职业技术学院2011级护理专业2个班的急救护理课程开展案例教学,期未进行学生职业综合能力考核及问卷调查。结果96%的学生认同案例教学能够提升自身的隐性职业能力,而表示不赞成案例教学能够提升自身隐性职业能力的学生仅占4%;实验班考试成绩明显高于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学有助于提升护生的隐性职业能力,促进学生对隐性知识的学习,能够有效提高对高职护生隐性职业能力的培养。
