介绍26例成人多囊肝病行肝部分切除联合囊肿广泛开窗术后患者并发症的观察与护理体会。密切观察腹腔引流液的颜色、性质、量，警惕并发胆汁性腹膜炎、腹腔出血、大量腹水等并发症；倾听患者主诉，重视患者不同程度的胸闷、胸痛、气促、呼吸困难等胸腔积液症状。本组26例患者出现并发症，其中7例出现1种以上的并发症：腹腔出血1例，大量腹水17例，胸腔积液11例，胆漏2例，感染3例，肾功能衰竭2例，均经对症处理与精心护理后治愈。
