回顾性分析72例 PICC 置管患者带管出院后出现并发症的相关原因，提出相应的处理对策。患者出院后维护不及时，出现问题时处理方法不当以及知识缺乏，不配合治疗是出现并发症的主要原因；加强 PICC 置管患者出院后的门诊维护和健康教育对提高导管的留置率和安全性十分重要。72例患者中出现导管局部感染4例，皮肤过敏3例，导管回血2例，堵管2例，导管不完全性脱出1例，经过正确处理后，症状均得到控制并好转。
