目的对英文版 Tilburg 衰弱评估量表进行汉化，评价中文版的信效度。方法采用 Brislin 翻译法对英文版Tilburg 衰弱评估量表进行汉化；将经过文化调试的量表应用于138例老年慢性病患者中，评估其信效度。结果中文版 Tilburg 衰弱评估量表达到语义、内容的对等性；总量表的 Cronbach’s α系数为0.686；各条目与总得分的相关系数 r=0.205~0.620，P<0.01，Tilburg 衰弱评估量表总得分与简明健康测量量表总得分的相关系数 r=-0.603，P<0.01，并能有效区分不同自理能力的老年人（Z=2.905， P<0.01）。结论 Tilburg 衰弱评估量表具有可接受的信度和效度，可作为老年慢性病患者衰弱的评估工具，初步筛选出衰弱的高危人群。
