目的 探讨运用巴林特小组活动后护士的临床护理工作体验.方法 采用现象学研究方法,选取10名接受巴林特小组活动过的护士进行深入访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法分析资料.结果 将运用巴林特小组活动后的护士工作体验归纳为4个主题:即心理压力减轻、沟通能力提高、换位思考能力提高、职业态度积极.结论 巴林特小组活动可以减轻护士心理压力、提高沟通能力及换位思考能力,为护士培训探索出一条新途径.通过活动时间、内容调整,优化了该活动方案,进一步提升了护理服务水平,提高护士自身素质和人文关怀能力.
