目的 观察改变体位在放大内镜结合窄带成像技术检查前准备中的效果,以提高胃镜检查效率.方法 将行放大内镜结合窄带成像技术检查患者112例,按就诊顺序单双号随机分为对照组和干预组,各56例.对照组检查前给予常规准备,干预组在常规准备的基础上进行体位改变.结果 干预组胃镜下视野清晰度等级、检查耗时均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 体位改变法可以提高放大胃镜检查患者胃镜下视野清晰度,缩短检查时间.
