摘要
目的 规范手术室护理信息,形成标准化数据元,促进手术室护理信息的共享.方法 采用文献研究法、现场考察法等方法,遵循数据元标准化的原则及方法,构建标准化手术室护理信息数据元.结果 形成标准化手术室护理信息数据元242个,值域30个.结论 手术室护理信息标准化数据元的构建,规范了手术室护理术语的内容及格式,能促进信息交流与共享.
