摘要
目的 检验中文版癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表在我国乳腺癌患者中应用的信度和效度.方法 得到国内初次汉化学者吴奇云的授权,获得中文版的癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表,采用方便抽样的方法调查237例女性乳腺癌患者,测定量表的信度和效度.结果 中文版癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表总的Cronbach α系数为0.856,2个维度的Cronbach α系数分别为0.838、0.842.经探索性因子分析,提取2个维度,累积方差贡献率为53.425%,且条目的因子载荷量均>0.4.结论 中文版的癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表在我国乳腺癌患者应用中信度效度良好,可用于我国内地女性乳腺癌患者恐惧疾病进展水平的评估.
