总结20例躯体活动障碍伴良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者手法复位的护理经验.根据受累半规管及躯体活动障碍部位采用个体化手法复位治疗,实施手法复位要点包括:手法复位前护士了解患者病情,做好手法复位的健康教育,复位前环境及物品准备,做好心理护理和体位管理,手法复位后注意事项.20例患者实施手法复位后,分别于治疗后1周及1个月后复查,20例患者均痊愈,随访12~18个月后未见眩晕复发.
