摘要
目的 探讨明胶海绵在PICC导管所致接触性皮炎的应用效果.方法 对15例置入PICC后发生接触性皮炎患儿,应用明胶海绵,防止PICC导管与皮肤直接接触.结果 15例接触性皮炎患儿,10例轻度,应用明胶海绵,平均更换时间为7 d,显效8例,有效2例;4例中度,应用明胶海绵,平均更换时间为5 d,显效2例,有效2例;1例重度,应用明胶海绵,平均换膜时间为2 d,但未有效缓解.结论 应用明胶海绵可以有效缓解PICC导管所致轻、中度接触性皮炎,值得临床借鉴使用.
