摘要
目的 探讨运动操在预防置入耐高压型PICC后导管堵塞中的应用效果.方法 选取乳腺科收治的置入耐高压型PICC接受化疗的乳腺癌患者300例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各150例.对照组给予常规导管护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行运动操锻炼,观察比较2组患者导管堵塞发生情况.结果 对照组发生导管堵塞有9例,观察组发生导管堵塞2例,2组患者导管堵塞发生率比较差异有统计学意义(x2=4.620,P=0.031).结论 运动操可早期预防置入耐高压型PICC患者导管堵塞发生,可以有效降低堵管发生率.
