近年来,受国家二孩政策开放、国民生活水平提高、消费观念转变的影响,人们对母婴护理服务的需求日益增加,月子会所行业呈现蓬勃发展之势.笔者通过SWOT分析法,就我国月子会所的发展,综合分析其内部优势(S)和劣势(W),外部机遇(O)和威胁(T)等影响因素,认为月子会所的发展中内部优势和不利条件并存,外部机遇和挑战同在,应发挥优势,克服劣势,抓住机会,防范风险,为我国月子会所的发展提供借鉴与帮助.
