目的 了解新疆南疆住村干部的健康素养状况及其影响因素,为制定提高住村干部健康素养干预措施提供理论依据.方法 选取新疆南疆887名住村干部,采取中国公民健康素养调查问卷进行调查,健康素养现状采用描述性统计分析,采用Logistic回归分析健康素养的影响因素.结果 887名新疆南疆住村干部具备良好健康素养142名,占16.0%.新疆南疆住村干部3个维度具备良好健康素养所占人数由高到低分别为健康技能、健康行为、健康知识.健康问题中健康信息所占比例最高为59.5%,基本医疗所占比例最低为25.0%.民族、文化程度、是否从事与医疗相关工作、主动学习健康知识情况是新疆南疆住村干部健康素养的独立影响因素(P<0.01).结论 新疆南疆住村干部的健康素养水平偏低,尤其关注少数民族、文化水平较低、非从事与医疗相关工作及主动学习健康知识积极性较低者健康素养水平,提高新疆南疆住村干部自身健康素养的同时,通过示范作用提升当地居民的健康素养水平.
