微格教学法在本科护生护理技能教学中的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨微格教学法在本科护生护理技能教学中的应用效果.方法 采用方便抽样法,选取我校护理学院2013级2个班的本科护生110名作为研究对象,以班级为单位分为对照组(56名)和观察组(54名).对照组采用传统技能教学方法,观察组在护生技能教学中引入微格教学法.观察比较2组本科护生学习积极主动性得分和护理技能操作成绩.结果 观察组护生护理技能学习积极主动性总分高于对照组(P<0.05),其中观察组护生在学习驱动力和学习目标维度的得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生无菌操作、口腔护理、鼻饲术3项基础护理技术操作考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 微格教学法有利于提高护生护理技术操作学习积极主动性,并提高技能操作水平,值得在护理教学中借鉴使用.
