目的 调查北京市本科护生领导力现状并分析影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法,对北京市4所高校341名护生进行问卷调查.结果 护生领导力总体得分为(3.61±0.50)分.5个维度得分从高到低为领导感召力、领导前瞻力、领导决断力、领导影响力、领导控制力.多元逐步回归分析显示,性别、年级、家庭人均月收入、参与社会实践时数4个因素进入回归方程(P<0.05).结论 北京市护生的领导力整体水平较好,但仍有提升空间.影响因素包括性别、年级、家庭月人均收入、参与社会实践时数.院校可提供符合女性领导力培养的理论实践培训课程,根据年级特点组织活动,加大对贫困生的补助,从而有效提升护生的领导力.
