摘要

目的:探究基于案例教学法的翻转课堂教学模式在《基础护理学》实训教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院2011级、2012级护理专业各30名应届本科生为研究对象,2012级为观察组,2011级为对照组,观察组采用基于案例教学法的翻转课堂教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,应用成绩考核与调查问卷评价2组教学效果。结果观察组实训考核成绩(83.53±10.44)分和自我导向学习能力(78.17±10.12)分优于对照组,观察组护生认为翻转课堂有利于激发学习兴趣和提高学习能力(P<0.05),且临床教师对观察组护生评价明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于案例教学法的翻转课堂提高了护生实训考核成绩,同时有利于培养人际沟通、健康教育和评判性思维等能力,促进了护生的专业成长。
