目的：了解经皮冠状动脉介入术后中青年患者健康促进生活方式现状，分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、健康促进生活方式量表和冠心病知识问卷，对148例经皮冠状动脉介入术后中青年患者进行问卷调查。结果本组患者健康促进生活方式总分为（101.58±13.17）分，冠心病知识总分为（23.60±8.76）分。本组患者健康促进生活方式与冠心病知识呈正相关（r=0.410，P=0.000）；多元线性逐步回归显示：宗教信仰、职业、休闲活动、冠心病知识是影响患者健康促进生活方式的主要因素（P<0.05）。结论经皮冠状动脉介入术后中青年患者健康促进生活方式和冠心病知识总分处于中等水平；医护人员应重视健康生活方式水平较低者，关注从事体力劳动的患者，鼓励患者参与休闲活动，促进其健康的生活方式。
