目的：评价健康教育干预对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome， OSAHS）患者持续气道正压通气（continuous positive airway pressure, CPAP）治疗依从性的效果。方法检索 Cochrane Library、JBI循证数据库、PubMed、Medline、中国期刊全文数据库和维普数据库，搜集阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者 CPAP治疗相关健康教育干预随机对照试验，各数据库检索时限均为建库至2015年3月8日。由2名研究员按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料、评价质量，采用RevMan 5.2进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6项随机对照试验进行 Meta分析，且纳入的文章质量均较高， Meta分析显示，健康教育干预可提高阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者1个月末[RR=1.45，95％CI(1.19，1.75)，P=0.00]，3个月末[RR=1.51，95％CI(1.18，1.93)，P=0.00]及6个月及以上[RR=1.31，95％CI(1.10，1.57)，P=0.00]CPAP治疗依从性，差异具有统计学意义。结论健康教育干预能提高阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者CPAP治疗依从性。
