目的：探讨跟踪见习模式在助产专业教学中的应用与效果。方法采用随机抽签的方法选取2012级大专助产专业的1个班30名学生为观察组，采用跟踪见习模式；另外1个班30名学生为对照班，采用传统的整体集中见习模式。第2学年期末考试前1周评价2组学生的见习效果。结果观察组学生的评判性思维、自我效能感、支持性沟通能力得分较对照组学生高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论助产专业教学中采用跟踪见习模式更能有效提高学生的综合能力。
