目的：调查养老机构护理员岗位胜任力现状，探讨其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法，运用自行设计的养老护理员岗位胜任力调查问卷，对宁波市5家养老机构的82名养老护理员进行问卷调查。结果养老护理员岗位胜任力得分为（118.15±16.00）分。职称（B=2.817）和工作年限（B=3.510）是影响养老护理员岗位胜任力的主要因素（R2=0.697）。结论养老机构护理员岗位胜任力处于及格水平。管理者应根据养老护理员的职称、工作年限等制定不同的培养方案，以提高养老护理员的整体岗位胜任力。
