目的：分析超声引导下PICC置管患者疼痛现状及影响因素，为实施有效的疼痛管理提供依据。方法采用超声引导下PICC置管患者疼痛调查表，对90例超声引导下PICC置管患者进行调查，并分析超声引导下PICC置管患者疼痛的影响因素。结果超声引导下PICC置管患者疼痛评分为（3.56±1.42）分。多元线性回归分析显示，文化程度和焦虑评分是影响超声引导下PICC置管患者疼痛的主要影响因素（R2=0.379，F=10.268，P＜0.001）。结论超声引导下PICC置管患者疼痛处于中度程度，应针对疼痛的影响因素施以干预，改善疼痛状况。

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of pain for patients undergoing ultrasound-guided PICC. Methods Ninety patients with ultrasound-guided PICC catheter were investigated with the pain questionnaire for patients undergoing
