目的探讨心智觉知干预模式对乳腺癌化疗患者心理社会适应的影响.方法将75例乳腺癌化疗患者按随机数字表法分成干预组37例和对照组38例.两组患者均按乳腺癌化疗护理常规进行护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予心智觉知训练.两组患者于干预前和干预2个月时采用乳腺癌患者心理社会适应问卷,评估其心理社会适应状况.结果干预2个月时干预组的心理社会适应状况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论心智觉知干预模式能明显改善乳腺癌化疗患者心理社会适应状况.
